Sadaffe brings on the ground experience of leading teams through uncertainty and complex challenges of today’s world. She has worked on leadership development programs in UAE and Pakistan with a particular focus on advancing women in leadership.

Sadaffe is the former CEO and COO of Kashf Foundation, one of Forbes Top 50 microfinance institutions which she helped grow from a pilot in two rooms to serve 300,000 women clients disbursing $200 million in microloans in Pakistan. She consults the International Finance Corporation on gender diversity and is a Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD. Since 2014, she is a lecturer on social entrepreneurship at Cedep, INSEAD. Her work at Kashf is profiled in Nicholas Kristof’s book, Half the Sky and Isobel Coleman’s book, Paradise Beneath Her Feet. Sadaffe is a global speaker on women’s leadership, innovation and social entrepreneurship at TEDx INSEAD, Harvard Social Enterprise Conference, UN Women amongst others.

Sadaffe completed her Masters at the Harvard Kennedy School, Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and her B.A. at Mount Holyoke College. She is certified in Leadership Circle Profile Coaching. Sadaffe has also participated in the HKS Art & Practice of Leadership development and HBS Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management.

Sadaffe enjoys travel, nature, yoga. One of her favorite parts of the world is Hunza in the northern areas of Pakistan with some of the world’s highest peaks.
